Contact Acuity Support when you need:

  • Company-Api-Token
  • confirmation of your customer domain
  • help locating API credentials in the UI

API behavior and documentation

Use Acuity Support when:

  • an endpoint returns an unexpected validation error
  • the response payload differs from the published docs
  • a route is documented in GitHub but is unavailable in your environment

Information to include

When reporting an API issue, include:

  • endpoint and method
  • environment domain
  • response status code
  • a short request example
  • the target record-token or record-id when relevant

Documentation notes

These docs are updated against both the GitHub markdown source and the currently verified live API behavior when available. If the two differ, the live API behavior is treated as the source of truth for examples and schema updates.
